Parineeti Chopra-Raghav Chadha Wedding Live Updates: Bollywood actor Parineeti Chopra and politician Raghav Chadha are all set to tie the knot on September 24 in Udaipur. The couple kick-started their pre-wedding festivities with ardas, followed by a sufi night in Delhi. Both the events were attended by family and close friends. Parineeti and Raghav got engaged in May.
The bride and groom arrived in Udaipur on September 22, and they received a very warm welcome upon their arrival at the airport. According to reports, the couple will tie the knot near Lake Pichola of Udaipur and Parineeti and her guests will be staying at The Leela Palace, while Raghav and his family will be at the Taj Lake Palace. The baraat is said to travel from the Taj Lake Palace to The Leela Palace by boat in the middle of Lake Pichola.
For the wedding, it’s reported that Parineeti Chopra will be a Manish Malhotra bride, while Raghav Chadha will be styled by his maternal uncle and fashion designer Pawan Sachdeva for the big day.
The pre-wedding festivities saw Priyanka Chopra‘s mother Madhu Chopra and brother Siddharth Chopra in attendance. Reportedly, Priyanka and her daughter Malti Marie will attend the wedding ceremony. Nick Jonas, who is currently busy with his tour, might skip the wedding. Priyanka had also attended Parineeti-Raghav’s engagement ceremony in Delhi. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann are also expected to grace the wedding.
Parineeti had opened up about her sweet love story with Raghav on social media. Sharing dreamy pictures from the engagement ceremony, Parineeti wrote, “When you know, you know. One breakfast together and I knew – I had met the one. The most wonderful man whose quiet strength would be calming, peaceful and inspiring. His support, humour, wit and friendship are pure joy. He is my home.” She added, “As a little girl in awe of princess stories, I had imagined how my fairytale would begin. Now that it has, it is even better than I had imagined.”
