Ira Khan-Nupur Shikhare Wedding Reception Photos and Videos: Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira Khan and fitness trainer Nupur Shikhare recently the knot in Udaipur on January 10. The couple, who opted for a Christian wedding, hosted pre-wedding festivities like mehndi and sangeet for their family and close friends. Ira’s cousins, Zayn Marie and Imran Khan, and Aamir’s former wife, Kiran Rao, among others, attended the festivities. Before the grand wedding, Ira and Nupur registered their wedding in Mumbai on January 3.
Now, the couple is all set for a grand wedding reception in Mumbai on January 13. Who’s who of Bollywood is expected to grace the reception at Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre. According to reports, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Ajay Devgn and Akshay Kumar, among other celebrities will be arriving for the celebrations. Aamir has also invited guests from Delhi. He was recently spotted in the national capital as he personally invited the guests for his daughter’s big day.
Nupur jogged to the venue of his wedding registration and also gave a very beautiful explanation behind the move. He said, “From my house to Ira’s house, I used to run. I have a very special connect to this route. Emotional reason. From finishing the Iron Man four times to being Ira’s man forever.”
Nupur and Ira announced their engagement in November 2022. Ira is Aamir and Reena Dutta’s daughter. The actor was seen getting emotional at the wedding. Aamir was spotted fixing Ira’s veil, walking her down the aisle and wiping his tears on multiple occasions during the wedding ceremony.
