Set against the sun-kissed shores of Goa, Giuseppe and Urvashi’s wedding was a stunning fusion of Indian and Italian traditions, crafted with one goal in mind- an unforgettable guest experience! The festivities kicked off with a spirited East vs. West football match on the beach, which was the perfect ice-breaker! From a Mehendi inspired by the Amalfi Coast, complete with lemons, traditional tiles, and an Italian gelato cart- to glamorous evenings infused with Indian elegance, every detail was thoughtfully curated. With Goa’s perfect blend of laidback beach vibes and opulent celebrations, the wedding was as immersive as it was breathtaking, flawlessly executed by the talented team at Crafting Memories★ 5 .

About The Wedding
The wedding took place from November 8-10th, 2024.
We started off the festivities with an east-versus-west football match on the beachfront of our hotel. We loved this as a way for our friends from different walks of life to get to know each other in a playful setting.
The most important thing for us was guest experience. Since Giuseppe is Italian, for many of our guests this was the first Indian wedding they had been to, and often the first and only time they may ever travel to India. But we also wanted to incorporate as much of Italy and Italian culture as we could into the wedding; for example our mehendi theme was Amalfi Coastal, with touches of Italy such as lemons, traditional tiles and an Italian gelato cart. Goa was the perfect location for this, as we wanted a mixture of easy-breezy beach events and glamorous events. I count myself extremely lucky that Giuseppe was very involved in all the details so all the creative work was split 50:50!

Wedding Planning and Decor: Crafting Memories★ 5
Mark and Harsha are the absolute best wedding planners/decor team we could have asked for. Many wedding planners have organisation and experience, but crafting memories just had a level of class in their decor and vision that was a cut above. They took all of our (many and often) requests with ease and grace, and implemented the vision for every event with elegance and care. No request we had was ever met with a no! Most importantly, they made us feel calm, we had a lot of fun planning the vision with the executing team, and they took the stress away from us before and during all the events. We would highly recommmend them to anyone planning a wedding in Goa.

Sneha, Rahul and team are professionals who have been doing this a really long time and it shows! The photography and videography team worked around our very packed schedules, were sprinting like athletes to catch the perfect shots during the festivities, and put together the best same-day edit for us that was the perfect combination of emotional and fun. We couldn’t have been happier with any other team!
Venue: Kenilworth Hotel and Resort, Goa
The perfect hotel for a wedding! The lawns are lush and beautiful, with a clear view of the ocean in front. The beach there is wide and not busy so at times it felt like a private beach just for us! The food was also excellent, we got so many guests complimenting the catering and the staff were extremely helpful.
Makeup Artist: Lavanya Nath
Lavanya’s makeup was super! She both took my preferences to heart but also advised me where I could do better, she went over and above at perfecting my bridal look, sourcing last minute flowers for my hair, and making me feel confident and comfortable at all times.
