Watch: Belgian content creator brings together dance moves from across India

Dance and music are one of those art forms that transcend all boundaries and cultural barriers. Popular digital creator Ed People has capitalised on people’s love for dance and he now makes wholesome videos with locals around the world where he dances with them on their favourite beats, be it based on a folksong or the latest pop hit of the region.
The Belgian content creator starts all his dance videos by asking a local his signature question, “Can you teach me your favourite dance move?”. He then proceeds to dance with them, perfectly acing the move.
Recently, the Belgian dancer shared a video in which he compiled various dances from across India. This video has garnered over 4 lakh likes since it was posted on August 28.

In the comments, many people joked that Ed People is familiar with so many Indian dances that he should be given an honorary Indian citizenship.
Commenting on the video, an Instagram user wrote, “I love the enthusiasm he puts into every dance he learns… May your journey continue to be a path derived from the Most High?”. Another person wrote, “Aww..you missed many other types from India…meet me next time you visit … ??”.

In January, Ed People had posted a clip of him attending a Hindu wedding in India. In this video he yells, “Can you teach me your favourite dance move?”, while he is surrounded by wedding guests. He then dances to the beats of dhol alongside joyous wedding guests. Currently, Ed People has more than 6.7 lakh followers on Instagram.
