So, this is officially Parineeti week, and our Throwback Thursday feature, too, is dedicated to the actress. We take you back in time when the bride-to-be spoke about her ideal man and mentioned that she doesn’t care even if her man is 20 years older than her.

WHEN PARINEETI SPOKE ABOUT HER IDEAL MAN
Parineeti Chopra has had her share of ups and downs before meeting her soon-to-be-husband, Raghav Chadha. In a throwback interview with Rediff, she had said, “I need a strong man to fall in love with. I also want my man to have a great sense of humour. He should be sensible, mature and I don’t care if he is 20 years older than me.”
When asked about her idea of a perfect romantic date, Parineeti added, “I have never been on a romantic date. If I fall in love, I would love to go on a date, but I don’t miss it. I will date a person only if I fall in love with him.”
For the unaware, both Parineeti and Raghav Chadha are 34.
PARINEETI-RAGHAV’S PRE-WEDDING CELEBRATIONS BEGIN
Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha’s pre-wedding celebrations began on September 20 with an ardas. The same night, the couple hosted a sufi night for their guests.

IndiaToday.in has exclusive details regarding Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha’s wedding. The couple will get married on September 24, while the pre-wedding festivities such as haldi, mehendi will start a day before. Most of the celebrations will take place at The Leela Palace in Udaipur. However, the venue of the wedding ceremony will be the Taj Lake.
The celebrations will start on September 23 with Parineeti’s choora ceremony at 10 AM, followed by a welcome lunch from 12-4 PM. The families, as well as the bride and groom-to-be, will party the night away from 7 PM and the theme is ‘Let’s party like it’s 90s’.
On September 24, the celebrations of the main day will begin. Here are the details:

PARINEETI WILL BE A MANISH MALHOTRA BRIDE
Parineeti Chopra will wear a Manish Malhotra lehenga for her wedding. A source told IndiaToday.in, “Parineeti and Manish share a long friendship. Manish is very well aware of Pari’s style and what she wants for her wedding. Hence, the actress was always clear that she will be a Manish Malhotra bride.” The source further added, “Parineeti is going for a basic solid pastel coloured lehenga for her wedding. She will accentuate the look with statement jewellery.”
The news comes as no surprise given that Parineeti opted for a Manish Malhotra pastel outfit for her engagement ceremony with Raghav as well.
