The wedding of a wealthy Indian couple held in Sunset Town on Vietnam’s largest island Phu Quoc featured artistic lighting shows and fireworks performances.
The wedding ceremony of the Indian couple took place in Sunset Town, an emerging tourist attraction in Phu Quoc on Jan. 22, with the participation of 350 guests from upper-class families of India.
The couple rented an entire five-star resort for four days in the most expensive area of Phu Quoc from Jan. 19-23 to hold their wedding.
The resort has 234 rooms, suites and villas, with the most expensive being a 7-bedroom villa with prices of VND200 million (US$8,092) per night.
The couple stand in front of a statue on the stage of multimedia art show “Kiss of the Sea,” which was recently introduced in Phu Quoc as one of the largest of its kind in the world.
In the middle of the stage hosts seven giant religious symbols, which is also where the main ceremony of the bride and groom took place.
Many dancers wearing glowing costumes performed at the couple’s wedding.
The bride and groom appear in golden costumes, surrounded by a group of dancers.
In the stands, all guests held a candle as part of the ceremony.
Immediately after the ceremony was held, a fireworks display lit up the sky.
Special menus bringing together Thai, Vietnamese, French and Mediterranean cuisine were prepared by a team of international chefs of the resort in combination with dozens of chefs from India.
